Tatamy fire parade is no more, replaced with firefighter challenge

Instead, firefighters will showcase their skills in a challenge. Tatamy Fire Chief Shawn McDonald said the specific events of the challenge are a secret, but firefighters will complete six tasks and a tie-breaker based on fire academy and department training drills. Community members are encouraged to see the challenge 9 a.m. June 30 at Braden Park.
