http://sportsmediajournal.com/ Kuselias Named Primary Host of NBC Sports Talk- NBC Sports Announced today that Erik Kuselias will leave his post as host of Morning Drive on the Golf Channel and transition to primary host of NBC Sports Network’s NBC SportsTalk. “It’s great to have a versatile talent like Erik already within the NBC Sports Group family that can help make us better as we continue to grow the NBC Sports Network,” said Sam Flood, Executive Producer, NBC Sports and NBC Sports Network. Red Sox/Phillies on Sunday MLB on TBS- This Sunday’s Sunday MLB on TBS telecast will feature an inter-league match-up between the Boston Red Sox and Philadelphia Phillies. Brian Anderson and Dennis Eckersley will have the call beginning at 1:30p.m. ET. Real Sports Back on HBO Tuesday- The next edition of Real Sports with Bryant Gumbelwill air this Tuesday night on HBO. The topics for the show include; the South Korean dominance on the LPGA Tour; a one-on-one with Olympian Lolo Jones; the story of Ray Greenhalge; and an update with New York fireman Matt Long. The program debuts Tuesday at 10:00p.m. ET. ESPN Sees Record Numbers for Barclay’s Premier League- ESPN reports that this season’s coverage of the Barclay’s Premier League was the most-watched in the network’s history. In all, an average audience of 321,000 viewers watched each Premiership match on the networks in 2011-12, a seven percent increase compared to 301,000 viewers in 2010-11. ESPN also saw online viewership jump 36% for unique viewers and 73% for live minutes viewed. Ray Hudson Joins SiruisXM’s Soccer Crew- SiriusXM Radio announced today that veteran soccer commentator and former player and coach Ray Hudson has joined SiriusXM as a soccer host and analyst. Hudson will host The Football Show alongside fellow soccer experts Charlie Stillitano, Neil Barnett and John Harkes. The show airs weekdays (7:00-9:00 am ET) on Sirius channel 92, XM channel 207 and on the SiriusXM Internet Radio App for smartphones and mobile devices. CBS Sports Network Goes Inside PBR- The CBS Sports Network this weekend will showcase a one hour special looking the behind-the-scenes action of Professional Bull Riding. Dangerous Game: Inside PBR will feature a round-table discussion with four of Bull Riding’s most notable names. The program debuts Sunday at 3:00p.m. ET.
