Hamilton St., Allentown. Honoree is the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency. Guest speaker is Allentown Mayor Ed Pawlowski, who will speak about at downtown Allentown development. WINE FEST: The revamped Christmas City Wine Festival will be held 1-7 p.m. Saturday, May 19 at the Sun Inn Coutryard in Bethlehem. Samplings from six Pennsylvania wineries and tasting from five area restaurants will be presented at this benefit for the nonprofit Star of Bethlehem Festival organization. ARTFUL AUCTION: The Baum School of Art's 27th Annual Art Auction starts at 6 p.m. May 19 with a silent auction and optional buffet dinner; the live auction begins at 8 p.m. Dinner is $50 in advance; $60 at door.
