La Canfora Leaves NFL Network For CBS Sports

http://sportsmediajournal.com/ CBS Sports has announced that NFL Network “NFL Insider” Jason La Canfora is leaving the the network to pursue a similar position with CBS Sports. La Canfora will be joining James Brown, Dan Marino, Boomer Esiason, Shannon Sharpe and Bill Cowher on the set of The NFL Today beginning on September 9. He begins his role as “NFL Insider” for CBSSports.com in July. Prior to his work at the NFL Network from 2009-2012, La Canfora spent six years as a Redskins beat writer during his 10-year stint with The Washington Post. He also contributed to NHL, MLB, Olympic and World Cup coverage. La Canfora also worked for the Detroit Free Press covering the Detroit Red Wings.
