Friday, June 01, 2012 - 08:30 AM - 12:30 PM NAHS Mandatory Meeting for All Members of Class of 2012 This senior meeting will be held in the High School Auditorium • MANDATORY meeting for all members of the Class of 2012 who are planning to participate in the Class of 2012 Commencement Ceremony on Monday, June 4 • No Seniors will be excused from attending the meeting nor will they be permitted to arrive late and/or leave early for any reason – If Seniors plan to participate in graduation they MUST attend this meeting in its entirety • Seniors will receive the following items at this meeting: Caps / gowns / tassels o National Honor Society stoles (if applicable) o Honor Graduate medals (if applicable) o Other miscellaneous items as needed (if applicable) o Tickets for graduation ceremony Order forms will be due in advance on a date yet to be determined o Important information and instructions for the commencement ceremony will be reviewed and discussed • This will be the ONLY meeting / rehearsal for graduation as there will NOT be a practice at Stabler Arena this year (except for Senior Class Executive Officers and the Top 3 students in the Senior Class)
