DSU is in the Freedom/Middle Atlantic Conference. Responsibilities include but not limited to: recruiting, coach and develop student-athletes, organize recruiting visits, assist with practice and game preparation, travel planning, breaking down game film, file exchange(HUDL), fund raising, and practice and game administration, as well as any other responsibilities needed for the program to excel. Strong oral and written communication skills are needed, as well. A strong work ethic and the ability to model the D3 rules and philosophy is a must.
