Heritage Village vote postponed by Upper Nazareth Township supervisors

FROM THE EXPRESS TIMES

A vote on the Heritage Village age restricted community has been put off until next month.

The Upper Nazareth Township supervisors were scheduled to vote on the 143-home community tonight, but postponed the vote due to the absence of supervisor Willard Mohn.

"They want a full board of supervisors to hear the matter and since Mr. Mohn is ill, they wanted (the supervisors) to grant an extension," township solicitor Gary Asteak said.

A vote is set for April 18.
