New coach, new league and a new sense of enthusiasm with the Allen football program.
Something else that is new is that the Allen Touchdown Club will be hosting a golf tornament on May 19 at Shepherd Hills to benefit the program.
It's an 8 a.m. shotgun start and a four-person scramble format.
Cost: $80.00, which includes:
* Golf Cart & 18 Holes
* Lunch & Drinks
* Prizes & Gifts
According to a release, the Allen High School Football Touchdown Club is organizing this event to "help support the student-athletes of our football program in the upcoming season."
If you're interested, you are asked to register by May 15.
