I am proud to call Andy Weaver my friend. Andy has battled cerebral palsy his entire life, but nothing, and I mean nothing, keeps the "Weave" down.
He has made me smile many times, but perhaps this is his finest moment and you get to see why he is beloved in Blue Eagle country.
