Fox Sports has announced that the audience for Sunday’s NFC Divisional Plyoff game between the Giants and Packers had an audience of 45.1 million viewers, making it the most watched Divisional Playoff game ever on any network.
The rating for the game was 25.3, the highest rating for a Divisional match-up since 1997. That rating was 32% higher than Fox’s Sunday NFC Divisional game from a year ago (Seahawks-Bears) and 5% higher than the late window Sunday last year on CBS (Jets-Patriots).
Locally Milwaukee led all markets with a 53.3 rating. New York averaged a 33.4.
