The Louis E. Dieruff High School will host its inaugural Teen Iron Chef Championship 5 o'clock tonight at the school, 815 N. Irving St. in Allentown, according to a news release. The event will take place in the school's Meilinger Cafeteria.
Four teams will compete in the after-school program, and will be judged on presentation, ability to convey nutritional knowledge, teamwork, and their food's visual appeal and taste, according to the release.
The event is being held in conjunction with the Lehigh County Conference of Churches' Aspires Program.
Admission is free.
