KREIDERSVILLE COVERED BRIDGE ASSOCIATION, Northampton needs volunteers for its annual Tree Lighting event 3:30-6 p.m. Dec. 10 to greet participants, hand out cookies and hot chocolate, to help Santa and to direct cars to the parking area and to clean up. . LEHIGH COUNTY CONFERENCE OF CHURCHES, Allentown is looking for a business/organization to assist in putting together a holiday party for about 75 teens and their mentors for its Aspires Mentoring Program. Also, many families still need to be adopted for the holidays before Dec. 19.

LIBERTY BELL SHRINE MUSEUM, Allentown needs puppeteers and greeters to help with its classic "Mouse before Christmas" puppet show which began Nov. 17 and continues six days a week until Dec. 31. MEALS ON WHEELS OF LEHIGH COUNTY, Allentown is looking for a volunteer to assist with office duties to answer and direct phone calls. Some computer skills necessary, but training will be provided. MORAVIAN HALL SQUARE, Nazareth is seeking a pianist to play for various group singing activities and to occasionally play in the dining areas and at facility events on special dates. The volunteer must be available during the daytime. Contact: Peggy Hanzelman, 610-746-1334, peggyh@moravian.com.

SACRED HEART HOSPITAL, Allentown needs a volunteer Patient Advocate Liaison to provide a link between the nursing staff and patients and family members. Four hour shifts available on weekdays, and two hour shifts on weekends. We offer a flexible training schedule. Minimum age: 14. Contact: Lois Kellet, 610-776-4695, lkellet@shh.org.

UNITED WAY OF THE GREATER LEHIGH VALLEY, Bethlehem is looking for a volunteer to work up to 12 hours a week to help manage the TeenWorks program. Duties include interacting with teens, board, non-profit agencies, and middle/high schools. Strong computer skills in Excel and Word are required.
