Sports Media Digest- December 13th, 2011

Here is a look at some ofthe sports media stories from today:

•Turner Sports and NBA TV announced that analyst Greg Anthony will be joining NBA TV as part of it’s Tuesday night NBA Fan Night program. It was also announced that TNT analyst Shaquille O’Neal will also make appearnces on NBA TV studio programming throughout the season. Turner produces content as part of an agreement with the NBA’s Digital Division.
•espnW today announced the addition of three new staff members. Heather Burns and Joy Russo come over from the ESPN.com staff as new deputy editors. Kate Fagan joins the writing staff after a stint at the Philadelphia Inquirer.
•ESPN today announced that its Consumer Products Division has launched a line of apparel and headwear for teams in this year’s BCS bowls. Tema gear is being manufactured by Addidas and are available online at www.ESPNShop.com as well as select Dick’s Sporting Goods, Hibbetts and Kohl’s
