Today, Roman is a happy, healthy little boy but that wasn’t how his life started. “When Via arrived in Roman’s life, there was very little our 4-month old, brain injured son could accomplish. We don’t know where Roman would be today if Via hadn’t come into our home at that crucial time. Roman is now 7 years old, and just started first grade. He is doing better than doctors ever thought he would. Some said he would never walk - he is now running and jumping.” Amy and Damon, Roman’s parents
Tyler is a teenager who has enjoyed Via’s Teen Summer program. “Each day, when Tyler returned home, you could see his enjoyment with the activities and a growing confidence in having a greater connection with the community.” Lori, Tyler’s mom. Via introduced Tyler to a new and different world of leisure activities, fun events, employment coaching and job training with his peers.
