The 1983 Freedom High School state soccer championship team and three individuals were inducted into the Freedom High School Athletics Hall of Fame on Sunday at Blue restaurant in Bethlehem.
Soccer head coach George Kazakos also was admitted into the hall as an individual, along with Cheryl Greybush Christine in basketball and Karen Kohn as a gymnastics and tennis coach.
The members of the 1983 soccer team who attended the ceremony included Kal Sarkozy, Craig Larimer, Brad Evans, Scott Reimer, Helder Moreira, Todd Dunham, Jeff Peragallo, Carlos Coelho, Frank Sarkozy, Bill Moukoulis, Matt Williams, Dave Mittl and coach Kazakos.
