Bruce McCutcheon to remain as Director of Athletics at Lafayette College

Bruce McCutcheon will remain athletic director at Lafayette College upon the recommendation of James Dicker, vice president for Development and College Relations.

"With the benefit of perspective on both fundraising and athletics, I have come to feel this fall, as the process of identifying Bruce's successor as athletics director began unfolding, that his greatest contribution to the mission and success of the athletics program and of the College will be through his continued leadership in athletics," Dicker said. "So I have asked him to continue as director of athletics. I am pleased and grateful that he has agreed to remain in that important role, and I look forward to working with him."


McCutcheon, in his 11th year as A.D., announced in July that he planned to take on a new role as Director of Athletic Development after the academic year.
