A 33-year-old Bethlehem man has been charged with defiant trespassing after driving an all-terrain vehicle over a soy bean field on Nazareth Pike in Lower Nazareth Township, police said.
Peter Keiper, of the 400 block of Hartman Road, is accused of driving the ATV on Nov. 13 through the field and damaging crops. He also is charged with criminal mischief.
Colonial Regional police say Keiper was previously warned not to trespass on the property in the 300 block of Nazareth Pike.
