FROM THE EXPRESS TIMES
The National Weather Service has issued a flood advisory for Lehigh, Northampton, Warren, Hunterdon and 12 other counties in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
It lasts until 8:25 tonight.
The weather service says small creeks and streams will have elevated water levels, and water will pond in urban areas.
