Matt Lane (130), Rylan Watson (140) and Brandon Hull (215) all recorded falls as Phillipsburg defeated Long Branch 30-23 in a dual meet held at Rutgers University.
The bonus points earned at those three weight classes proved to be the difference as teams split the 14 bouts.
The Green Wave was able to capture tossups at 119 and 189 but had no pins or major decisions. Luis Felipe (37-5 a year ago) did record a technical fall at 135 for Long Branch.
Other winners for the Stateliners were Christian Berrigan (103), Zach Fisher (112), Dan Brockerhoff (152) and VJ Delmonico (160).
