Seniors and Juniors with an “unassigned” block 1 must report for homeroom at 8:50 a.m.

Seniors and Juniors with an “unassigned” block 2 may not leave until 9:15 a.m. after attending homeroom

Seniors and Juniors with an “unassigned” block 2 and a block 3 class that eats lunch 1 do not need to return to school until 11:40 a.m. and do not need to eat lunch in the cafeteria.

Seniors and Juniors with an “unassigned” block 4 and a block 3 class that eats lunch 3 may leave school at 12:20 p.m. and do not need to report to the cafeteria for lunch.

AM C.I.T. students depart from NAHS at 7:30 a.m. and will return by 10:35 a.m. (AM C.I.T. students will report to the LGI upon their return and remain there until 10:55 a.m.)

AM C.I.T. begins at 7:50 a.m.

AM C.I.T. students will be at NAHS for lunch and will only have a brief morning homeroom from 7:20 a.m. – 7:25 a.m. for announcements and general information.

PM C.I.T. students will depart from NAHS at 11:05 a.m. and return by 2:40 p.m.

PM C.I.T. students will eat lunch at C.I.T.

PM C.I.T. students will be present for morning homeroom.
• All students must be present by 8:50 a.m. and attend homeroom in order to be eligible to participate in co-curricular and athletic activities.

Students who are absent and miss an exam would need a doctor’s note in order to take an exam or they must have received pre-approval through an affidavit

Students who are tardy to an exam period would not be permitted to make-up the time that they miss
IMPORTANT NOTES FOR ALL EXAM DAYS:
• Seniors who are exempt from a quarter class final exam would not need to attend class on the day of the exam or for any days after the exam has been administered; they would need to attend class on a review day.

Underclassmen would still need to report to all class periods after an exam has been administered.
• NO students may be permitted to take a final exam without having their textbook(s) with them for teacher verification of the textbook condition and that it is the textbook(s) that was assigned to them (applicable to quarter classes only for this exam period).

Students who have lost or damaged their textbooks must resolve such obligations PRIOR to the date of the final exam. Students will be permitted to take the mid-term and/or final exam upon presenting a receipt indicating that the textbook obligation(s) has been paid in full (applicable to quarter classes only for this exam period).

Students must fulfill all fee obligations associated with the class PRIOR to the date of the final exam. Students will be permitted to take the final exam upon presenting a receipt indicating that the textbook obligation(s) has been paid in full (applicable to quarter classes only for this exam period).

Teachers must check all student textbooks for semester classes during the exam week in order for students to resolve any textbook obligations prior to the end of the semester.
