PIAA GIRLS BASKETBALL PLAYOFFS: The Path to Penn State

One day after WPIAL Class AA champion Jeannette was tripped up on the Path to Penn State, WPIAL Class AAA champion New Castle is eliminated from the state playoffs. Three District 7 teams are still alive in Class AAA heading into the third round while two are left from Class A after Second Round action on Wednesday night. Here are ALL of the final results from those two classifications, plus the sites and times for the 2010 PIAA Girls Basketball Quarterfinals on Friday night AND Saturday afternoon.
