The pairings for the NJSIAA Region 1 wrestling championships were reshuffled after Tuesday evening's preliminaries at Wallkill Valley High School.
Weather permitting, the quarterfinal round will begin at 5 p.m. Friday at the same location. The semifinals, wrestlebacks, consolations and finals are slated to start at 9 a.m. on Saturday. The finals will be at 6 p.m.
Warren Hills Regional High School has five wrestlers alive, Phillipsburg has four, Hackettstown leads with eight returners, Belvidere has three and North Warren has a single participant remaining.
