It is with great sadness that I received news early on Tuesday morning that Patti Heffner, one of the best female athletes and basketball coaches in Lehigh Valley sports history, has passed away. Heffner had been battling brain cancer for much of the past year. She fought valiantly against the tumors just as she did throughout her athletic career, but died early this morning, Jan. 5. She was taken from her home and into hospice care on Monday.

I Hope that student that got hit by a SUV at Pennsridge High School is OK. The Middle School Principal was the Driver of the SUV.

Congrats to Paul Garzillo, 18, a senior at Nazareth High School, is hot -- or so says Seventeen magazine. The Bushkill Township teen is one of 17 young men from across the nation selected by the magazine as its "hottest guys." As a hot guy, Paul appears in the February issue of Seventeen, now on newstands.

Thats pretty neat that Paul won that award!

TIP: Don't ever watch the Movie ''Snakes on the Planes'' right before you to go bed. Don't ask me why but I Was switching channels Monday night and I Came across a movie on TNT Called ''Snakes on the Planes'' I Can't believe I Left it on as long as I Did because I Hate Snakes or any wild animals. I Could not sleep at all Monday night after watching that movie. It was terrible, I Had Snakes in my mind the whole night. I Will never watch something like that before going to bed ever again.... My attendents in Johnstown will probably bust out laughing reading about my odd experience Monday night.

They all been having seizures in the middle of the night.

Doctors don't know why either.
