OBAMA PREMARE

The National Constitution Center will host the Philadelphia premiere of the HBO documentary, “By the People: The Election of Barack Obama,” Wednesday, October 28 at 6 p.m. A question and answer session with the filmmakers, Amy Rice and Alicia Sams will follow.
