DAILY NEWS LIVE CUT DOWN TO 1 HOUR ON COMCAST SPORTSNET

Comcast SportsNet is changing its daily lineup. Beginning Monday, September 8, Daily News Live will be cut from 90 minutes to an hour, airing from 5 - 6 p.m., SportsNite will air at 6 p.m., and a pregame show will air at 6:30 p.m. for 7 p.m. Phillies, Sixers, and Flyers games.

The lineup changes will not mean changes to the talent. Michael Barkann will continue to host Daily News Live and Neil Hartman and Leslie Gudel will be the primary anchors for SportsNite.

Post Game Live will continue to air after games.

This move makes sense since the games are the highest rated shows on the network, so why not expand their coverage with pregame shows?
