Northampton County Council spurns potential Gracedale savings, sides with Nazareth Ambulance

For the second time in five months, Northampton County Council refused to grant aGracedale transportation contract to a new provider, protecting Nazareth Ambulance but potentially opening the county up to legal repercussions.
