Ian Andrew Garren, 33 of the 300 block of S. Main Street, was arraigned today before District Judge John Capobianco on charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct, fighting and harassment after police say he punched a bartender on Sept. 30 at the American Legion Post 415 at 158 S. Main Street.
